Tell us where your favourite spot at Royal Park is and why?
Climbing to the highest point of the estate allows you to capture a 360 degree aspect of the island, taking in the sugar cane fields, the Moka range, the Bay of Balaclava and islands beyond. This is absolutely amazing!
What do you enjoy most about working at Royal Park?
Royal Park has been conceived with a unique vision which implies lots of challenges – it is an enriching work experience.
What is your favourite thing to do in Mauritius on your days off?
Apart from spending time with my family, definitely a day at the horse races.
Where is your favourite ‘hotspot’ on a Friday or Saturday night?
I love Flying Dodo in Moka – it has its own brewery and an impressive beer menu, as well as traditional dishes that provide an authentic taste of Mauritius. Moustache Bistro in Tamarin is also one of my favourite – I like going for Tapas and a good glass of red wine.
If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Laponia in winter to experience the world famous glass igloos
