Following the success of the Pamplemousse villas in phase 1, which are now sold out, we recently launched three new products within the estate comprising of 77 units, of which 40% have been reserved so far.
Mascarene offers luxury, ocean facing apartments with three or four ensuite bedrooms, Sandpiper has a collection of 24 townhouses each with private pool, garden and parking facilities and lastly, Savanah, with 19 bespoke villas offered in a range of different architectural styles.
All residences within phase 2 will have access to the extensive facilities provided by Royal Park, including our Clubhouse, an extensive beachfront, concierge services and world class service.
We recently added a 40ft Sunseeker to the resort’s portfolio, exclusively for the use of owners and guests at Royal Park. Complete with qualified skipper, use the boat for sunset rides into Port Louis, picnic’s on deserted islands, whale watching or excursions to the south of Mauritius.
Work has started on the construction of Royal Park’s Clubhouse, which will provide a wide range of facilities and conveniences. Whilst also acting as the resort’s reception and concierge desk, it will include changing rooms, 30m swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness area and spa.
The ‘R Beach Club’ in Mont Choisy has undergone a complete refurbishment and is now open for brunch, lunch and dinner. Fresh fish on the menu daily and there’s a full range of spa treatments available. Our beach shop carries a selection on kaftans, beach bags and trinkets. The club room has free wifi connection and there are plenty of daybeds available to enjoy the island’s tropical climate. Equally, our water sports experts are on hand for those who prefer to be a little more active.
